I sold my 2020 Ford Ranger to We Buy Cars the Dome on Saturday the 26th of October and bought a 2014 Ford Kuga that was “Gold” Dekra rated by them two days later the engine blew and we are ****** ran around not wanting to give me my refund they are the worst bunch of ****** you can ever do business with. The sales consultants are so unprofessional and most of the employees have a smelly attitude. And it seems like the company thinks that they’re too big to fail only time will tell but I have vowed to never give them business again even if they were the last car dealer on the planet. I urge and recommend everyone to stay as far away from them. I towed the vehicle at their request and they refuse to give me a refund for towing it, the Branch Manager Dan Harber and Sales Manager Anthony whatever his surname is stated that it was in the paper work. Pathetic bunch of ****** who couldn’t care less.
