WBC Vereeniging is the worst Cardealership, BEWARE!!!

Webuycars Vereeniging is the worst car dealership ever. I bought a car which I had to return less than 24hours later. I was lead to believe it's a minor fix but 4 days later they could still not give me proper answers. I kept getting the run around. The Thursday I told them I want the transaction cancelled. When I went on Sunday they still had not loaded it as cancelled on the system. One of the sales managers, Eric based on my knowledge cancelled it on the system while I sat there. On Monday when I phoned Tumelo Nkosi (my sales person who keeps referring me to other people) said it was not yet cancelled even though I told him the Thursday the previous week I wanted it cancelled. I phoned to find out about my refund process, I still don't know where the process is. He avoids my callls and none of the managers are there to accept my call. Their refund delays have inconvenienced me tremendously. I'm taking this to the ombudsman and they will be held liable for the rental car I have to now make use off since they have deilvered the worst service thus far.
