WBC SILVER LAKES IS ONLY FOR WBC STAFF MEMBERS

I wrote a review about we buy cars in Silver Lakes Pretoria. Their service was pathetic and the vehicle I wanted to buy was kept for their staff member. Clearly, they do not care about their customers but only staff members come first. Every consultant I dealt with kept on demotivating me to buy another vehicle. What kind of salespeople do that. Every salesperson would be happy to welcome any new buyer. Why would they put the car reserved for their staff on their website? I guess not even one person can answer that. After my review, I was requested to log a complaint on to their website and this Shelley or something calls from their customer service. Instead of proving me with a solution, she kept giving me excuses and protecting her colleagues. I bet WBC is one of those companies with CUSTOMER CARELESS department and only in place to protect its employees. SILVER LAKES YOU ARE BAD BRANCH WITH NO CUSTOMER CARE.
