WBC re-registered my car twice without me knowing

So I Bought a car from them in January 2024 from the Nelspruit branch, in February I was given the new license disk and number plates for Gauten as I stay in the West Rand. Come January 2025 and I have to renew the license disk I get told from the licensing department that the car is registered in Nelspruit and actually has MP plates. After countless calls and up and down I find out the cat as re-registered in Nelspruit 6 says after it was done in Gauteng!!!!! So after struggling to get answers and after the old license has expired, AND getting a R1000 fine for expired license I still have no luck. Today I decided to hell with this i will sort it out myself and do the re-registering in Gauteng AND pay for the new GP plates myself. Low and be hold, I get told by the license department that the information I have is incorrect as the car was already re-registered in Gauteng and now again has GP plates. WHAT THE HELL???? So after about 50 phone calls I get a call back to tell me the new GP license will be delivered to a branch "near" me tomorrow and I can go pick it up there, still I have to pay for the new plates. Now to top it all off I get sent a copy of the new license as proof attached to a INVOICE for the new license, and to top it all off, the license disk does have MY address but showing that it is in NELSPRUIT So WBC changes the registration of my car twice without checking or informing me without a proof or address from me and expect me to pay for their incompetence. Be very careful if you consider buying a car from them especially if it is from a different province.
