WBC is pathetic

I paid a holding deposit on 14th Feb 2022, and proceeded to purchase a vehicle from WBC Midstream ( first mistake). After the purchase was completed I requested a refund on my holding deposit on 2nd March 2022. I have still not received such refund an they do not even respond to my queries. My advice to the public - do not buy from WBC their service is extremely poor and tgey will nit refund anything should you qualify for a refund of sorts
