WBC Bad Service

WHAT BAD SERVICE since day one !!!!!!!!

Don't know even where to start !!! The Salesperson and manager at Riverhorse are useless!!! From the start had to call them to get any information and help, after a long struggle we got the finance sorted after ME calling them the whole time, we signed the contract at Brackenfell with no issues, and very helpful, the day of delivery what a BIG F_UP , they have sold the car to someone ells waited 4h for them to sort out the issues, On my way back to CT got a fine for the car not being roadworthy ................. NOW after 34 days still have no license papers or plates, Customer service is useless can't get hold of the salesperson in WBC Riverhorse, have sent a mail to him and the manager with no response!!!!!
