Waste of time

On a saterday took 3 hours to get one Tax Invoice for my bank to go though with payment and banks closed at 12:00 and have to wait to next week just to do payment and so could not leave with my car despite promises even the day prior was made to have that be the result. Sales people will falsely tell you that warranty is included in car advertised prices only to then later after going through all the strenuous time consuming effort to get the car you find out by the finance department about the hidden costs. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!
