Warranty *****! ****!

I bought a vehicle from them back in 2018, they had forced me to buy a 2-year warranty extension from innovation for R10000 as it was a used vehicle, apparently required by the bank. Now I had tried to confirm with innovation on the policy, they cannot find the policy and asked me to confirm with the sellers. I contact webuycars and they rep**** at first saying they found no record of this sale, I send them the proof of purchase and policy they had given me, zero feedback from there. I've been emailing them every week with no feedback. This is obviously ***** and I will be reporting them. For anyone taking up financial services at Webuycars, BEWARE OF THIS ****! They had never paid the money to the insurance/warranty!
