Warranty cancelled by we buy cars

Now I get a woman named Shane asking me for proof of payment for the warranty I paid for, can they use their dam heads and think, I paid using my credit and upfront amount to we buy cars, they purchased the warranty on behalf of the client I had no dealings when it came to purchasing the warranty, so we buy cars where supposed to have the POP and they know this but they play dum because they know they have messed, tell me how is it that innovation tell me that they can see that my warranty was purchased cash and the we buy cars requested it to be cancelled, but it's just we buy cars who don't know what the hell is going on.
