Warning warning!!

This is my second time buying a car from We buy cars Northgate.

The first was back in 2022 where my spouse purchased a BMW 118 through finance, and everything went well.

Today my cousin went there to purchase a car a POLO TDI.

The car is in a neat condition, but there was another POLO we needed to view before purchasing the car. Unfortunelty the transfer of fund were already made to WebuyCars northgate. When requesting for a refund before we took delivery of the vehicle we were told there is Ts&Cs and we would forfeit R5000 of the total funds transfered for the car"This was not a deposit the sale price was paid in full", thereafter my question to the sales manager was if my cousin knew about the Ts&Cs, the answer was its visible on the website.

They advertise on all forms of social media, and with all the good reviews why would one bother to go and check before purchasing at they branch.

The biggest turn off for me, was the fact that I went to the same sales person for my spouses car yet the customer service is horrific.

When it comes to customer service, no matter you buying on finance or cash, you as a customer should be given the same service.

Elias and Zander, This is the second customer I brought to you guys!!

All customers should be treated equally whether finance or a cash deal.

I can gladly say I will not return or recommend anybody to WeBuyCars northgate.
