🚨 WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING BUYING FROM WEBUYCARS 🚨

I purchased a vehicle from Webuycars in January, and I am now sitting with a serious issue that they have failed to resolve.

The NATIS documentation is incorrect – the vehicle is registered as a station wagon when it is actually a panel van. On top of that, the VIN number on the chassis does not match the VIN on NATIS.

Because of this:

I cannot licence the vehicle My licence expires in 3 weeks My roadworthy certificate is about to expire I was already stopped by police, who warned me I could lose my licence due to the incorrect vehicle details

I have been trying to resolve this through Webuycars (Case #135289-WBC), but I am getting no response. The person assisting me no longer replies, and I’ve effectively been left stranded.

What makes this worse is that:

I have bought multiple vehicles from Webuycars (business + personal) I have recommended them to many people Yet I am being treated with complete disregard

I have paid for this vehicle in full, but I cannot legally use or register it. This is completely unacceptable.
