Waiting on Promised Reply

I just need to follow-up on my experience with webuycars. I wrote a Review about them and 11:55 yesterday morning I received a call from a lady in Johannesburg from them, and she asked about my complaint. She listened and said she'll get back to me. Well, I'm Still waiting on her to call. Someone from their Branch phoned me this morning, before 09:45 to enquire about the vehicle I wanted to purchase from them. He still mentioned the vehicle but could NOT tell him anything because I am still waiting on them to contact me. Are they playing games? Or are they going to resolve the matter? I don't have another R5000 to give away. My R5000 is still with them. They are a huge company. Why can't they just give it back to me?
