Waiting for license disc & correct spare wheel

I try to phone on several occasions without any success. I purchase a vehicle last year September, I received the vehicle without a spare wheel, we went back to fetch the wheel but it was the wrong spare wheel that was given to us, I email the lady regarding the matter and she never bother to reply. Month's later I got a phone call, telling they still got my new number plates and license disc. We made arrangements, they send it with a courier but I never received the license disc. I went out of my way to fetch the incorrect spare wheel. I need somebody to send be the correct wheel and also send me the license disc as I sold the vehicle and the new is take ownership of the vehicle on Friday but everything need to be in order. If I do not get any satisfactory reply from We Buy Cars, I am taking this matter further.
