Waiting for car registration papers

I've bought a vehicle cash at the Dome branch on 14 February 2022. It's been 45 days later and I still have not received the vehicle registration papers.

The customer service from Webuycars is excellent up to the point of payment. After that they just ignore you. The sales person don't answer or return my calls. The customer care landline isn't of any help. Daily emails to the customer care email address result in nothing.
