WAITING FOR CAR PAPERS

Good day I bought a car CASH in October 2021 from WeBuyCars in Silver Lakes Pretoria, on the sale agreement it states that I will receive my documents for the car in 21days. Since that month I have not received the papers. I did not have time since was busy with work only managed to go in the branch on 04 February 2022 - I went to look for the papers an was told they cant find them but the lady named UV said she willget back to me Monday 07 Feb i did not receive any communication. 18 February 2022-Went to the branch again they still could not explain why there is a problem with my papers and also that i want to trade in the vehicle, so this other guy said i can trade in but they will only take the car back by R50k an i should look for a car thats around that price, but the ine i liked was on auction then i had to wait till auction is closed if its still available. 20 February 2022-Went to the branch so that I can trade in vehicle, then they evaluated after that i the said the car dont have power they cant take it back, then i asked for my car papers so thatni can sell outside thay said they are waiting for the managers on what to do, they will call me back. 21 February 2020-Decided to go back and i spoke to Deputy Manager Glen Andre, he said the problem is that the previous owner still owes the bank so thats why they dont have my papers, i told them that WHY THEN DIS THEY SELL ME A CAR THAT DOES NOT HAVE PAPERS, it does not go with their vision an when you sell a car they want papers but they cant give one. He said he will get back to me in 2/3 days still waiting. 26 February 2022- i called Glen Andre and he said he needs to speak to the executive then will call me back, still waiting for the call till today and the disc expires in March 2022, its urgent Please assist me with this matter
