Waited a month for car registration, only to be told it is not done because my docuemnst were not clear. no one bothered to communicate this, I'm the one doing the constant follow ups!!!!

I got a financed vehicle at we buy cars Brackengate branch on 12 February 2021. we car was okay and what i wanted as a first time driver. I took it home and i had a few issues which i never communicated. the car was dirty yet money for "basic cleaning" was paid, especially the boot and front seats still have stains. I took it upon myself to do the cleaning.

Now i was expecting my car disk and registration documents which i waited a month for but to my surprise they are only starting with the registration today, 16/03/2021 because i dint send a clear ID copy. which i sent 2 times, in Feb and early March yet no one communicated this. this is unacceptable, the level of competence and the lack of communication is shocking!!!!.
