Wait for your money
I purchased a car on auction from them. The vehicle had a problem were it does not start which was not mentioned. So we had the deal cancelled. Haven’t gotten my refund back since 3weeks.

And they are giving me endless run around for proof of residence.
I have them a bank statement “it’s to old”
Opened a new account “it’s to new”
Wanted a letter from ward councillor, gave them that
Now there’s some problem with that .
No manager will ever call you back either
Absolutely terrible company to deal with this will be my fist and last time dealing with them

06 Apr 2024, 14:10Just an update they requested a ward councillor sign the period of residence, I managed to get that to them today and immediately no not good enough now I need them to stamp it,
I was informed by the ward councillor that they don’t keep stamps and I forwarded the message to them ,
And guess what after weeks of back and forth with them regarding the POR the car is now being sold to someone else.
Now I need to request a refund I wonder which year I’m gonna get that back or the excuses I’m gonna get from them.By the way the reply they give to there bad reviews on Hello Peter is the same to everyone and they never call back.
People just save yourself time and endless amounts of headache and go somewhere else and buy a car
