No one provides progress and it's the disc on the vehicle is expiring. I'll have to incurr the penalty fees and fines on the road for their lack of customer service. They're good at selling cars without papers. I never waited for so long for vehicle papers. I actually don't know any reason that could delay change of ownership for a roadworthy vehicle. This delay triggers lot of unwarranted suspicions.
