Violation of protecting private information

WeBuycars used my information on another applicant’s process and I have been receiving his bank statements and he is under my nestar profile. They said they fixed it but no it’s still remains an issue a total violation of POPIA act regulations. Filed a complaint we will see

Our private information is not so private because you could be in KZN and someone in Limpopo is viewing your bank statements peacefully
