Very Very Very Very BAD service

Thank you Hello Peter for being our shoulder to cry.

I wrote a review on Friday on this platform about a very bad service I'm receiving from we buy cars. Within 30 minutes of publishing it here I was called by their customer services consultant promising to do a follow up. On the same day their sales person forwarded a parcel tracking number from some courier company.

I then requested them to send me the contact details of the courier. I thought yesterday this issue will be concluded. I'm very frustrated I need my vehicle papers. I paid for the car. Really the service they are giving me its not up to standard.
