Very very poor service

0n 18/09/2025 I paid deposit wanting to buy a vehicle with I lost ,till today I'm struggling to get my refund back,I call almost every day to get my refund they keep saying 48hours I'll get my money till today I'm still waiting. I called their head office with no assistance also.
