Very very bad service.

Three weeks a go , I deposited a R5000 to get an OTP for the vehicle I wanted. The vehicle was at Brackenfell branch. Unfortunately I didn't qualify for the vehicle. I have been told that if I didn't qualify for the vehicle my R5000 will be refunded within three days. I submitted everything they requested to process the refund. It has been over two weeks already. And I didn't get my R5000 as yet. I wasted over R300 in phone calls to reach to *** soon as they answer me and ask all the details...then they keep me holding on the lines until my airtime runs out. It happens 7 times. When I called at the branch to the person who helped me...he don't even pick up my call. Sometimes he cut the phone off. I sent him a whatsapp to ask what is happening on my refund..he don't even reply. Very Very bad service. I have the prove of the email they sent to me saying they sorry after i complaining over the phone . They promised one of the agents will contact me within 24hrs. That didn't happen either. I have to call them after 24hrs again...and again they said they will contact.. upto today nothing. And I don't what to do. Very Very bad service.
