Very very bad after sales experience.

Bought a car from them got home and noticed some issues, struggled a little bit to find someone that is willing to help with the issue. After finding someone to help they sent me to a service center to get a quote I have been struggling all day to get a hold of (again) someone willing to help. In the end, I ended up paying for the repairs myself because I need the car which is the reason I bought it, what's the use if I can't use it, and while waiting for someone to help fetch the car and take it back home to just take it to the service center again, and by the looks of it they would have anyway said no xyz is not covered.
