Very upset

I had bought a car from we buy cars everything was okay until now, because now they are done with me they are busy with other customers. I have been waiting for my account number in order for me to active the car tracker nothing is happening I’ve send numerous emails and even phoned Shaaira on her phone no answer, I’ve tried to phone the office number they said she is busy and will get back to me she also saw my missed calls and I’m still waiting. This is ridiculous and it’s not right.
