very unprofessional and bad service!!!
I bought a car in Feb' 2018, of which the car was rceived on 02/02/2018, Grand Cherokee 2014 model. The car was received in a bad condition and it was returned to them for service however to this day the car is still in a bad condition, nothing was done on the car. To add matters to the situation, the car market price was actually different from the selling price. This matter was also brought to their attention and they promised to fix the price as well however nothing has still been done to correct their mistake.

As per your agreement, you bought the vehicle on our Buy Now Option, as it was one of our Auction Vehicles. We apologize for the system malfunction, the vehicle should not have pulled through to our website with a different price, and I have been advised that the situation has been rectified.
With regards to the condition of the vehicle, I have been advised that We Buy Cars have signed off and paid R16 000 for new parts. The vehicle will be fixed today and will be ready for you at the latest Saturday.
Malcolm also advised that they are in contact with your brother, to ensure that all is in order.
