Very unhappy with WeBuyCars.

I would not even be giving a star rating... Firstly I called Webuycars and got assisted by Sibongile who was very friendly. She reffered to a sales man named Kenneth in Midstreams branch who was not showing any willingness to assist. I then went to Dome branch using a metered taxi from Park Station, they also were not very keen or eager to assist me. I left and went to meet Kenneth face to face.. Who eventually couldn't assist but disappeared instead. I looked at this as a norm as also in Germiston branch, we were not welcomed. I complained to a guy called Thandu who eventually assigned someone named Thatho who also disappeared for more than 30 minutes. We decided to go back to the Dome branch and raised my disappointment with Phumelela Zondi who was assistive, we took the car for a test drive and I told him to come back to the branch so as to make the transaction. To my supprise, the vehicle was deposited or reserved by someone else and we couldn't go trough with the transaction.
