Very unhappy with We buy cars the Dome

As a client I'm actually really sad to be writing on hello Peter something I would never actually do but I have no choice.... myself and husband purchased our very first car a Mercedes from we buy cars the Dome cash on the 30th July 2022 everything went smooth we drove off very much excited the next day....then the issues all of a sudden happened the vehicle lost power we then advised the sales guy as this was not mentioned in the dekra report anyway drove the car on the 2nd July just for my husband to get stuck (vehicle did not want to start at all) out of our pocket we paid R600 to get towed home furthermore we called we buy cars they collected the car and said they will send it to the mechanics it's now the 8th of July and not even a hello sir or a update on the car or just the decency to inform us what is going on (we bought this car for business)what's the point having a car when you back at walking? taking a taxi? taking a uber we've been doing this for all our lives and finally we decide to buy a vehicle and this is the experience we get I'm not asking for much but we need the vehicle or atleast some sort of update....or give our money back
