Very poor service, unnecessary lies from salesman

I have never received such poor service in my life. I bought a car from We buy cars in JHB Dome branch, I am from Durban and they said it’s fine they can courier the car to Durban. After paying for the car they said I have to pay the courier fee.. I paid the courier fee, then after a week they said they have encountered a problem with the thermostat and the coolant bottle in the car and they’re going go fix it at no cost because it wasn’t in the Dekra report. The second week they told me the car is ready for collection I can come collect. I told them JHB is too far I am in Durban they must use their logistics to bring the car to Durban, they said it will take 12 working days to bring the car this side. I told them I will come and collect the car myself because 12 working days is a very long time, I went there to collect the car and found that the license disc had expired and the car logbook wasn’t there and they said they’re going to change the ownership for me. I took the car and came to Durban and the following day I checked the coolant bottle and saw it had not been changed and the Thermostat had not been changed. The coolant is overheating and causing problems. When I try to contact the salesman who was assisting me I can’t get hold of him. They have such poor service, even in a public clinic I have never received such poor service 🚮
