Very Poor Service

Worst service ever wherever I go, the so called consultants do not give feedback. I have been to Germiston, Centurion and Riverhorse it's the same pathetic service the sales people do not understand the value of giving feedback you would swear they are not customers themselves elsewhere and how would they react. Vernon, Sam, Garth and Xolile just to name a few promised to get back to me but just decided to forget. Please train your sales poeple on the importance of treating customers fairly and updating them. Customers make the business, without them there is no business. The way the service is bad am offering to train 1 unit standard for free just to improve fellow customers experience.
