Very poor service.

I inquired about a vehicle on helpline and i was told its available, when i spoke to salesperson he said no there is an app on car, it happened for about 12 days until i asked the operator what is the issue here u saying its available and they say there is an app and this application is going on for over 10 days now. He simply said pls hold and never answered the call. i dropped the call after 50 mins. so much for no 1 car buying and selling service!!!
