VERY POOR financing assistance

I am in the process of buying a car at WeBuyCars Midstream branch using external financing. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted by the treatment I have been getting from the people that are assigned to my case in the F&I department. It took them at least a week to send me an OTP, another week to address my questions about the additional costs that were added on the OTP - mind you the we are working against time since the car might be sold to another buyer and finance approval period might lapse.

My vehicle finance has been approved by the bank, now I have to run after them (Webuycars) to find out what the next step is. I have tried sending emails, calling and sms messages but no response .

I wouldn’t recommend working with this branch !
