Very poor customer care service and people attending to needs and or complaints.

Started with relevant reporting with we buy cars on the 17th of December 2024. Reff no:81769 Referred to Grace Ngwenya. What a dissapointment this lady referred info to manager in question on first complaint. Had to phone on the 19th again as she did nothing about it waiting for info from sales person. Again I phoned agai speaking to Grace N yet again her info was as useful as she was as nothing were done. All Cals were recorded yet no one is assisting what a smash how is consumers protected???
