Very poor and faulty online bidding system

I tried to buy a vehical from their online auction but was having dificulty. I even went to Durban branch before the auction and showed the salesman that the online was giving an issue.They where unable to assist. Essentially i lost the auction price and the vehical was unsold then then when back onto the sale floor but now at a higher price. Now they will not assist me as the auction has passsed even though there where nop bids for the vehical. The manager said that some times they have system issues. This creates problems for good customer. Fix your online bidding systems!!!
