"Very Poor Afer sales services"

We brought a car from Sliver lake branch Pta , Hyundai I10 1.25 Invoice Document no. 10VEIAAA6124 CASH FULLY PAID on the 7th of December 2018 .Still waiting for the Natis paper inorder to transfer the ownership and insure the vehcile. Before buying the sales guy and the manager of the branch said maximum 2 week for Natis papers , right now almost 4 week since purchase. Have phone many times quries about the paper (tried to send emails but cant find on google only ********** call centre number) Can we have answer on which date can we receive Natis papers before the matter raises and turns ugly
