Very dissatisfied disappointed client

I bought a bakkie in August there were a few faults on the bakkie we pointed it out to the salesman who arranged for the bakkie to be taken to there workshop..we took the bakkie in came. Back later only to find the bakkie still parked where we left it the morning..we spoke to the manager who ensured that he will see to it that we be reimbursed for our petrol and that the bakkie is fixed it's been 8months now we are still waiting for a reply we only get empty promises...it is so unfair towards clients to be misled and **** to by these big companies
