Very dissapointed in we buy cars

Bought a vehcile from we buy cars which was transported to Brackenfell We Buy Cars for me to collect on the 31/03/2023, I took delivery of the vechile but the salesman assured me everything was 100% as stated in their dekra report, only to find out a month later I bought a vechile with a bearing knock when I took it to a RMI workshop to have a major service done and inquired will the sound go away because I thought it's maybe the tappets which would be fixed when I do the major service as I got this vechile with the sound and sales man at Brackenfell assured me nothing wrong will be gone when I service vechile, only to find out it's actually a bearing knock and engine needs to be replaced or rebuilt I ask them to pay for the damages as I didn't sign up for this until today, their concerns team is totally ignoring me I been sending emails ontop of emails, I have followed all process only from them to even ignore the workshop the vehicle is at and I been without the vehicle for 3 months now, only had it one month
