Very disappointed with we buy cars

I won a car on an auction on 12/03/25, the sales person Lilian at we buy cars silver lakes and we arranged for collection on frriday(14/03/2025) since I work in jhb and knock off late. Friday she called me to inform me that the car won’t start and I shouldn’t come rather come on Saturday or Monday. I was already unhappy because it was not mentioned that the car has an ignition problem,so I immediately told her I’m no longer happy with the car because it seems to have bigger problems than initially stated, she said I can’t cancel I will forfeit my deposit if I do so, so I waited for Monday, still the car is not fixed now I’m being told I need to wait until Thursday, I don’t want the car anymore but I’m being threatened that I will forfeit my deposit but the problem is with their car . I’m very disappointed with we buy cars because I’m buying this car for a client who is no longer interested due to this problem but it seems no one is willing to help
