Very disappointing non existent service from We Buy Cars

I recently spent three days trying to buy a vehicle from We Buy Cars Dome. Worst experience as a customer. I queried about a vehicle and got a WhatsApp informing me that an agent woukd be contact we me shortly. Reference number was provided. 24hrs later, no call. I phoned We Buy Cars as was told that there was no agent assisted to my query. Later that day I got a call from a lady which was not the agent ( not quite sure what her position was) who sent me an application form which I filled in and emailed to the email address on the application. No response.

Long story short. After so mich frustration, speaking to atleast 5 different people, I found out they sold the vehicle to someone else. In these economic times, We Buy Cars seems to have no urgency for business.

I have queried another vehicle and it's now almost 36hrs after receiving a reference number and I have not received a single call.

I am taking my business elsewhere. Don't waste your time with We Buy cars.
