Very disappointed in this service 😡😡😡

So we bought an H1 at we buy cars Johannesburg south on the 21December2025 , the car had faults within 24hrs and we were promised that it will be fixed. Today the 30December2025 , we got stuck on our way to their branch and we are with the kids and my mother.

We buy cars is telling us that we need to hire a car to take us home from our pockets or we can book a place to stay and they will refund us later.

I have told them that we will not be doing any of the above because they sold us a faulty car and never disclosed that because we would have never bought it with these problems we have experienced.

So they telling us that they will get the car to take us home and that on friday they will advise if they can fix the car or we can exchange with another or refund.

Then I asked Koketso how are we supposed to move around while we waiting for their feedback on friday , and Koketso told us that unfortunately they don't offer a cutasey car at we buy cars as they are selling second hand cars.

I will update once he has come back as he had asked us to wait for him because he needs to consult with her boss, so we waiting and remember we are traveling with an old lady who is not well as well as our little daughter.
