Very Disappointed in Service

I've got a few issues with We buy cars since I've bought my car on the 22nd of April 2024. 1. It took almost a month before I received my vehicle papers. 2. A week or 2 after I took delivery of the car I discovered that the car had no engine oil. This after the car spent 4 days in recon. 3. When I bought a 5L of Engine oil out of my own pocket and put the oil in the engine. I discovered the car is leaking engine oil badly and saw that the oil filter was completely loose and engine oil is streaming out. 4. I was told by the sales consultant the my indicator light in driver side mirror will be fixed as well. Every time the car is washed, there is damp on the inside of the indicator light. 5. My car is at Ford now for its 90000km service and I get informed by the service department that a engine mounting is completely broken and it's been broken for a very long time. I thought we buy cars would be different from all other used car dealers but you are exactly the same. To think I actually referred family to them
