Very disappointed customer!!!!

I bought a bike, KTM DUKE 690 on the 10th of July at We buy Cars South Gate. It was a cash deal with the agreement that the papers will be sent to me via postnet as soon as its in my name( they had to put it in my name as per agreement and I also paid for the service). Needless to say I still don’t have the papers and Im being ignored now for a week. I find it unacceptable and very unprofessional as I cant drive the bike without the papers or renew the disc which is expired. Very very disappointed in you guys!!!!
