VERY DISAPPOINTED

I recently purchased a vehicle from We Buy Cars,Montana.The experience was like pulling teeth.Zero communication from We Buy Cars,I had to phone after them to get information on the progress of the sale etc.The day after I finally sign for my vehicle,more than a week after initiating the purchase - and I was pre-approved-I had to ask We Buy Cars to collect the vehicle as a warning light came on.Here I have to mention that the sales executive suggestion was that I must take the vehicle to their mechanic.I contacted the manager at Montana, and a collection was arranged,the sales executive failed to mention that this was an option.This was Wednesday,13 May 2026.I have not heard anything from We Buy Cars since the collection of the vehicle.I.E:it is now 3 days later,and not a word and,the manager organised the collection is aware that I was not happy with the service received up till that point.And still not a word of feedback in the last 3 days.
