Very difficult to get your money back

I was straight up **** to by sales people. They promised me I can refund the reservation online but had to go through multiple calls and provide identification just to get the money refunded to the same account to no avail.

There was no link or any part in the site were I can request a payment but was later told that it depends on what type of payment was made.

This process was 10x more difficult than promised by WeBuyCars. And the fact that employees **** to me is a super low.

I also spoke to support and they said I can refund myself on the website (I did NOT make payment via eft so it should be reversible) but guess what - I cant.

There is something fishy here and I have zero trust in WBC.

Still waiting for a refund almost a week later.

I dont think I will support WBC in the future.
