Very bad experience with webuycars.co.za

I called we buy cars to come and do an evaluation of my car. I dealt with a person by the name of David Diener.

I have never come across a more arrogant and grandiose person before, he didn't give me a second of his time and threw the keys back at me within a minute of dealing with me before walking off and driving away. This all happened whilst I was dealing with another car dealership who witnessed the event and was gobsmacked by this man's arrogance and disgusting service.

I phoned after the other dealership representative had left to complain to him for the way he treated me and his arrogance towards the situation, and was once again treated very poorly and told I should contact his manager with "pleasure" and even forwarded me the number of his alleged manager with a sarcastic remark of telling me to have a great day further.

My advice to anyone wanting to get an evaluation or sell your car is to stay clear from we buy cars as they are unprofessional, rude, and arrogant. I dealt with two other companies today who were professional and had a really good experience.

Lastly, FYI webuycars.co.za you were not doing me a favor you were doing your job (well was supposed to, but dismally failed)
