Very bad and ************* service from this branch

The review reffers to the very bad an unturstworthy service i have been getting from we buy cars Nelspruit.

One of the financed items included in the car financing package was the registration of the car along with the road worthy certificate, the branch took four months to finalise the registration of the car, dispite my many follwow up emails, to a point where the road worthy certificate was not valid and I had to pay for it again when i re-registered the car myself despite them financing and having been paid to ficilitate the process.

I keep being sent from pillar to post regarding the refund for the road worthy certificate, which was the case aswell with the registration of the car. they just hang up on me when trying to follow up the refund, after that non of them picks up my callls, as you can see above,they choose which email to respond to as if they are doing one a favour.

According to the branch, they are still processing the refund two weeks after i sent them my banking details, they are still processing the payment a week after Sandra assured me that the refund was approved by her manager and she has sent the refund request to finance.

This is the worst service i have ever received, they are not bothered with their clients until we call to make follow ups, thats when they do the initial work.

They sold me a car with a dead head light and promised to replace it as they have made arrangements with a branch near where I live, when I go the for the replacement, the branch knows nothing about the arrangement, neither was the light sent to them, when they do eventually send the light, its a wrong one and a counterfit at that, I then asked for a refund for the ligh as it was financed too they refused to give me the refund and said I must pay them a shortfall of R2000 so that they buy the original light and send it to me, at the rate at which their service rendering has been going, and the many unkept promises, I will experice the same fate with the light as with the registration of the car and the refund for the road worthy certificates.

Kindly assist in getting them to refund me all my dues, including the light, its the least the can do after i was forced to travel with an unlicenced car for 5 months. Show quoted text
