Vehicle sold to someone else when I tried to arrange collection

Unfortunately had to at least give them 1 star. Was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. everything was in order and I was ready to collect the vehicle. Called to arrange and was advised that someone had reserved the car for purchase online. Now I have to give them 48 hours to purchase the car.
