Vehicle Registration Frustration!!!

I purchased a Volkswagen Jetta from your Lephalale Buying Pod in October 2018. As done with my previous vehicles bought through you, I took the vehicle for a roadworthy test. I did not receive the vehicle documentation as I was advised that it still had to be put on the Dealer Stock. I waiting for 3 months for feedback, whereafter I contacted them again to follow up, today, another 5 months later, I contacted them again and was told the vehicle was put onto Dealer Stock and I have to take the vehicle for another roadworthy certificate. I find this unacceptable as this was done when I purchased the vehicle and now have to pay to do this again? I expect this matter to be resolved as a matter of urgency as my licence disc already expired the end of March 2019.
