Vehicle Purchase Complaint

This is a heartfelt review, my first car purchase with we buy cars has been a dreadful one thus far. I purchased a BMW one series September and took it for service Last week, only to be informed after diagnosis that the car has a mechanical issue “Valve stem seal leaks.” I logged a claim with innovation group as per the procedure and now i have to pay the shortfall amount for a car i have only owned for 7 months as the innovation group warranty will not cover the entire cost to repair the car. I acknowledge that organization has a 6 months policy with regards to purchases, however the mechanical issue was only noticed when the car was due for service as per the prompt on the vehicle which was out of my control. I truly cannot be expected to pay a shortfall for prompts on the vehicle that dated 04/21 instead of 03/21 which would have enabled we buy cars to bare the cost of repairs. It saddens me that the relationship with the organization has reached this point as i am an unhappy customer and currently considering returning the vehicle.
