Vehicle paperwork not forth coming 4 weeks after purchase

I honestly liked Webuycars prior to this to experience. I bought a car from one of their online auctions on the 23th of April 2021 and collected the car on the 24th of April 2021. I was only made aware on the day of collection that i would have to wait for the paperwork to be sorted out. i was told this would take 2 weeks. 4 weeks later i still have not received any paperwork or any feedback. I hope this does not end with me being just another disappointed customer.
