VEHICLE LICENSING

I'm writing this review with with so much disappointment. I bought a pick up bakie from webuycars Pietermaritzburg on the 17th of April. I was told the licensing and registration would take 2 to 3 weeks. Today is the 1st of July and I still haven't received those documents. I tried communicating with salesperson and the finance department lady, both didn't assist, they keep saying they will get back to me but never do. Now they are both ignoring my calls and texts. I even called the customer service help line, they also didn't assist ,they keep saying they're waiting for the licensing department to provide a feedback. I tried to put a complain on their website, That seems not to be working. This kind of service is very bad and unacceptable. It's been 4 months now and it's not the first time writing about it here. I'm now considering canceling this deal. I don't think they sell legit cars no wonder the licensing documents are not coming through. If you're considering buying a vehicle from them be prepared to deal with all this inconvenience
